I've watched too many women stuck in the cycle of trends, harsh treatments and quick fixes that left their skin more confused than when they started. At Metanoia Skin Clinic, we do things differently. Calming inflammation, strengthening the barrier and building personalised skin plans that support your skin and your nervous system, long term.
Outside of clinic, I'm a mum to two beautiful girls and life isn't always calm. I understand how stress lives in the body, which is exactly why nervous system support is such a big part of my philosophy. Skin heals differently when you feel safe, supported and understood.
