This is for you if your skin is red, reactive, breaking out, congested, pigmented, sensitive, barrier impaired or simply confusing you.

It is also the right place to start if you have tried multiple products or treatments and still do not understand why your skin keeps behaving the way it does.

WHAT IT IS

Clarity before correction.

We begin with a detailed consultation and OBSERV diagnostic imaging. The imaging gives us a deeper view of your skin so we can discuss what is happening beyond the surface. We then work through your skin history, lifestyle, current products, previous treatments and your goals.

From there, I explain what I am seeing in plain English, map out your personalised treatment direction and create your professional Prologic home-care prescription as part of that plan.

Your prescription is not a sales add-on. I do not guess or prescribe products for fun. Each product has a purpose within your treatment plan and is selected for your skin and the result we are working towards. Your home routine is where the majority of the work happens between appointments, which is why I treat home care as approximately 80% of the result and in-clinic treatment as the remaining 20%.

The goal is clarity: what your skin needs, why it needs it and what we are doing next.

Expect questions, conversation and education. You will not be rushed through a generic checklist or told you need the strongest treatment available.

The goal of your first visit is for you to understand your skin better than you did when you walked in and to know what the next step is.

No. You do not need to diagnose your own skin before you arrive. We will work through what you are experiencing together.

Keep your routine as normal unless you have been given specific instructions before your appointment. Seeing what your skin is currently exposed to is useful information.

Yes. Your prescribed home-care routine is an important part of your treatment plan and the results we are working towards together.

I don't guess which products your skin needs, and I don't prescribe products for the sake of making a sale. Every Prologic product I prescribe has a purpose and is selected specifically for your skin, what we are working on and where we are trying to take it.

I explain it as an 80/20 partnership: around 80% of your results come from what you consistently do at home, while your in-clinic treatments make up the other 20%. I might see your skin in clinic for an hour, but your skin is with you every day between appointments.

That is why your prescription is not separate from your treatment plan. It is part of it. If we are working towards calmer, stronger, healthier skin and the results you came to me for, what you use at home matters.

I'll always explain what I am prescribing, why your skin needs it and where it fits into your plan, so you understand the purpose of every product in your routine.
